01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and q889 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). Access to and use of q889 — including its website, mobile application, games, sports betting services and any related features — is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and q889.
02 Eligibility and Registration
To register and use q889 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a firm minimum with no exceptions.
- You must be using q889 on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
- You must not already hold an active q889 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
- You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, mobile number and any other required details.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — either on q889 or through any third-party responsible gaming service — that would restrict your access to gaming platforms.
q889 reserves the right to request identity verification (CNIC or equivalent) at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed. Any balance associated with an unverifiable account may be withheld pending resolution.
Registration is not available to individuals acting as agents, employees or representatives of competing gaming platforms, software providers or affiliated third parties who may have a commercial interest in accessing q889's platform data.
03 Account Responsibilities
Once your account is registered, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. This includes bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested.
- Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
- Do not allow any other person to access or use your q889 account.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
- Keep your registered contact details — mobile number, email address — up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in inability to receive important account notifications.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of q889 complies with any applicable rules in your specific situation. q889 does not provide legal advice.
q889 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Where fraud or unauthorised access is reported, q889 will investigate and may suspend the account during the investigation period.
04 Deposits and Payments
All deposits on q889 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
- Minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 (may vary by payment method — check the cashier for current limits).
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — using someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account — are not permitted.
- q889 does not charge a deposit fee. Standard charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside q889's control.
- Deposits are credited to your q889 balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits credit instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
- If a deposit appears to be delayed, contact support with your transaction reference before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or wallet provider.
q889 may request proof of payment for any transaction. This is a standard anti-fraud procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part.
05 Withdrawals
Withdrawals on q889 are processed in PKR to your registered local payment account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Your account must be fully verified (CNIC or equivalent identity document submitted and confirmed) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Specific minimums by method are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
- For your first withdrawal, the payment method must generally match the method used for your first deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud requirement.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-linked balance can be withdrawn. Your available balance (free of bonus restrictions) is displayed separately in your wallet.
- Processing times are as follows (estimates for verified standard accounts): JazzCash and Easypaisa — a few hours; Raast — 2–6 hours; Bank Transfer — 24–48 hours. VIP members receive faster processing depending on tier.
- q889 charges no withdrawal fee from its end. Fees charged by your bank or wallet provider on receipt are outside q889's control.
q889 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal where there are security or fraud concerns. This is not standard procedure for normal withdrawals and will be communicated clearly if required. See the Withdrawal page for full details.
06 Bonuses and Promotions
q889 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free spins and VIP-specific rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms at the time of claiming.
- Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real money (withdrawable) balance. Wagering is completed from your bonus balance first in most cases.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage — check individual bonus terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
- q889 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to cancel a bonus from a player's account where there is evidence of bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
- Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Duplicate account holders cannot claim promotions on multiple accounts.
Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, using strategies that exploit bonus mechanics without genuine play, or making structured deposits and withdrawals to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
07 Gameplay and Fair Use
q889 provides access to games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft and others. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are subject to the providers' own testing and certification processes. q889 does not control the RNG or game mechanics of third-party provider titles.
- Game results are final once confirmed by the game engine. q889 support cannot alter game outcomes.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, bets may be voided and stakes returned at q889's discretion. Winnings generated during a verifiable technical malfunction may not be paid.
- Sports betting results are confirmed once the relevant match or event has concluded and the result is verified. Ante-post bets and in-play bets are governed by the specific sports betting rules displayed in the betting section.
- q889 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — for example, where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error — even after the event has concluded.
08 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on q889 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and possible reporting to relevant authorities:
- Creating more than one account per individual (duplicate accounts).
- Providing false information during registration or verification.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets, claim bonuses or interact with the platform in any way that is not genuine human play.
- Colluding with other players in live games, table games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors — any such exploits must be reported to support immediately rather than used for personal gain.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider after using deposited funds on q889.
- Using q889 for any money laundering or financial crime purpose. All accounts are subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
- Allowing minors (under 18) to access or use your q889 account.
Fraudulent chargebacks are a serious violation. Where a player initiates a chargeback after funds have been used on q889, the account will be immediately suspended and the matter referred for further investigation. q889 maintains detailed transaction logs and will contest fraudulent chargebacks.
09 Account Closure and Suspension
q889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failure or any other reasonable cause. In cases of suspension pending investigation:
- The player will be notified by email or mobile notification where possible.
- Access to the account will be restricted until the investigation is concluded.
- Where no breach is found, the account will be restored and any pending withdrawals processed.
- Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming purposes — can do so by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account is deactivated to prevent further access.
10 Limitation of Liability
q889 is an entertainment platform. By using q889 you accept that gaming involves risk and that you may lose the money you deposit. q889's liability to you is limited to your account balance at the time of any dispute.
- q889 is not liable for losses arising from your own decisions — including decisions about how much to deposit, which games to play or whether to accept a bonus.
- q889 is not liable for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions or third-party payment delays that are outside q889's direct control.
- q889 is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
- In the event of a dispute, q889's records of transactions, bets and account activity are the authoritative record.
11 Responsible Gaming
q889 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity:
- Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month through account settings.
- Session reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a specified amount of time has passed during a gaming session.
- Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your access to q889. Contact support to activate. Self-exclusion requests are processed quickly and reversal requires a cooling-off period.

12 Changes to These Terms
q889 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-app notification and will be effective from the date stated in the update notice.
Continued use of q889 after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your available balance before the changes take effect.
